Real Madrid are one of the best sides in world football right now, which means they’re going to have insane FIFA 23 ratings. Here we have our predictions for how their side will look in FIFA 23.
The infamous Galacticos had an absolutely fantastic 2021/22 campaign. They first brought the La Liga title back to Madrid after absolutely obliterating the league and winning eventually by a staggering 13-point margin.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side then managed to also conquer Europe and dominated in the Champion League final against Liverpoolbringing home the famous European Cup back to the Bernabeu for a remarkable 14th time.
Thanks to this, it looks like Madrid will have some hefty upgrades in FIFA 23. They have so many exciting players who are simply phenomenal in the game, so let’s take a look at what we could be in store for.
Here are our rating predictions for Real Madrid’s players in FIFA 23.

Goalkeepers and Defenders
- Thibaut Courtois – 91 (+2)
- Andriy Lunin – 75 (+1)
- Dani Carvajal – 85 (+0)
- Eder Militao – 84 (+2)
- David Alaba – 84 (+0)
- Nacho Fernandez – 81 (+0)
- Antonio Rudiger – 85 (+2)
- Ferland Mendy – 82 (-1)
Beginning at the back, here are the defenders and goalkeeper ratings.
Thibaut Courtois has been immense for Los Blancos and has a shout for currently being the best goalkeeper in the world right now. He thoroughly deserves a +2 rating.
new boy Antonio Rudiger also receives a nice +2 upgrade, he was great for Chelsea last campaign and the London club will be gutted they’ve lost the German centre-half.
Eder Militao also moves up after a great season, whilst Ferland Mendy is the only downgrade.
Midfielders

- Toni Kroos – 87 (-1)
- Luka Modric – 89 (+2)
- Casemiro – 88 (-1)
- Federico Valverde – 84 (+1)
- Lucas Vazquez – 82 (+1)
- Aurelien Tchouameni – 83 (+4)
- Dani Ceballos – 77 (+0)
- Eduardo Camavinga – 80 (+2)
Real Madrid’s midfield is now absolutely stacked.
The acquisition of Aurelien Tchouameni only strengthens their options, he’s been insane for AS Monaco this season and deserves a gargantuan +4 upgrade.
Luka Modric has also proved his class once again this year, 87 was far too low for the Croatian magician in FIFA 22. 89 is much more justified.
Toni Kroos and Casemiro do move down, their initial ratings we’re probably just a bit too high for our liking.
forwards

Eden Hazard – 83 (-2)
Karim Benzema – 92 (+3)
Marco Asensio – 83 (+0)
Luka Jovic – 78 (-1)
Vinicius Junior – 85 (+5)
Rodrygo – 80 (+1)
Karim Benzema is aging like a fine wine. He arguably had his best campaign ever last season and is pushing for the Ballon d’Or. 92 should definitely be his rating.
Vinicius Junior gets the biggest upgrade of anyone in the squad. He has been integral to Real Madrid’s success and should be a very tasty card to play with in FIFA 23.
